Free Seminar – Healthy Holiday Eating

Holiday cheer is wonderful, but it can disrupt portion control. Many people rationalize splurging on treats during the holiday season by convincing themselves it’s a special occasion. While occasional splurging isn’t typically harmful, the tendency to turn one feast into a month-long party can be. Jesse Vang and Ali Kleinschrodt, our own Wellness Center professionals, will teach strategies to enjoy the holidays, without overindulging.
Included in this seminar is a delicious chop salad catered from Café Fusion. Choose from one of the following:
- Oriental Chicken – Spinach, Romaine, Fresh Chicken Breast, Mandarin Oranges, Edamame, Carrots, Red Onion, Almonds, Crunchy Noodles, & Oriental Dressing (455 calories)
- Greek Chicken – Spinach, Romaine, Fresh Chicken Breast, Artichoke Hearts, Cucumber, Banana Peppers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Feta, Kalamata Olives, Croutons, & Greek Dressing (497 calories)
- Santa Fe Chicken – Iceberg, Romaine, Santa Fe Chicken, Avocado, Corn, Cheddar Jack, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Tortilla Strips, & Jalapeno Ranch Dressing (601 calories, 80 comes from the avocado).
