DESCRIPTION:Take a walk around our office park and visit all the retailers. When you stop in to their space\, be sure to get their authorized signature on the Scavenger Hunt form (see link below). Once you have all the retailers signatures\, turn in your completed form to our office for a chance drawing to win either a $10 gift certificate to a retailer or a $100 Grand Prize gift certificate to the retailer of your choice. Please print legibly. \n\nYour form must include the authorized signature of EVERY retailer listed on the form.\nForms not completed will be disqualified and not eligible for prizes.\nForms MUST be received in our office by 2:30 pm.\n\nClick here to print the form.
