DESCRIPTION:Every Tuesday Beginning August 1st\nRegistration Deadline Tuesday\, July 25th \nGather your team for our annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament. See the registration form for rules and regulations. \nSports Conditioning Program\nThe Wellness Center is pleased to announce an exclusive Sports Conditioning program starting July 6 for those who are participating in the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament. This program is designed to develop speed\, power and strength by utilizing agility/plyometric and strength exercises. Bi-weekly workouts will be held in the Group Fitness Studio Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30pm – 1:00pm. \nMembership to the Wellness Center is required to attend this class. All training will be conducted by a Wellness Center staff member. The workouts are catered to all fitness levels. Simply put\, our program is designed to help you condition the body for basketball. There will be a limit of 16 participants per class and registration is required. \nIf interested\, please stop down at the Wellness Center or contact Jesse or Ali to register.\n**Two participants must be present to hold session.
